When it comes to changing lives, real heroes don\u2019t always wear capes. Sometimes, they walk on four paws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DC Comics has officially teamed up<\/strong><\/a> with the IAM Union\u2019s favorite charity, Guide Dogs of America | Tender Loving Canines<\/strong><\/a> (GDA | TLC) in an exciting, yearlong collaboration designed to shine a spotlight on the life-changing power of expertly trained service dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership builds on the success of last year\u2019s San Diego Comic-Con collaboration and introduces a DC-sponsored litter of future guide and service dogs who will go on to support people who are blind or visually impaired, veterans living with PTSD or TBI, children with autism, and public institutions through facility dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
